Mentor Finance is representing several international funds which provides a large scale of financing solutions for Green Energy companies.

In the middle of 2010, Mentor finance has sign a collaboration agreement with a unique partner in the area of Renewable energy.

The special financing Vehicle will be provided for the following types of projects:

PV Solar Projects
– In BULGARIA mostly
Wind Projects
– all over Eastern Europe including Moldova
Biogas Projects
– all over Eastern Europe including Moldova

Financing terms can be settled via BOT projects, equity partnerships or classic loans.

The financing profile is:

Location – Romania, Bulgaria, Ukraine, Moldova and neighbor countries will enjoy a special financing solution.

Other EU countries will be offered to be finance by a syndication loan or single financer (based upon the project volume)
Minimum size – 2 MW and up
Non-governmental related or supported projects – preference for private own companies.

Mentor Finance team will sort and choose the most potential project to present the fund. The whole process will be subordinated to an NDA (Non Discloser Agreement) signed by all the related.
