Mentor Finance is representing an international fund which provides a large scale of financing solutions for projects higher than
50 million $.

The financing profile is:

  • Location: Eastern / Western / Central Europe will be preferred
  • Non governmental related or supported
  • Project type:
    - Hotels
    - Residential projects with ready units to rent / to sell
    - Mix projects - Residential and commercial
    - Green Energy related
    - Technological start up’s
The fund is interested in financing 50M $ projects and above.

Mentor Finance team will sort and choose the most potential project to present the fund.

The whole process will be subordinated to an NDA (Non Discloser Agreement) signed by all the related.
