The last years were full with financial challenges.

Worldwide financial crisis has created collapsing of financial institutes, projects were postponed and canceled, and above all, new banking regulation concerning investment loans or any other kind of credit.

The entire business market that was used to banking support and leverage, finds itself in a new reality with lack of financing or possibilities in completing the projects or expanding the business.

Most of the financial Brokers and private financiers were forced to leave the domain as no solution could be seen on the horizon.

Mentor Finance management and team saw this era as the most challenging one. New financial solutions were created to fit the exact market needs.
Creating of new financial structure for projects which combine banks, funds and private investors and allowing reduce risks for the financiers and the borrower.
Our first priority was learning the market in thoroughness while providing our clients a unique financial custom made solution while keeping our client interest and loan costs as most effective and efficient.

Perfectly adopting the new management targets and perspectives lead the company to growth.

Facing all the difficulties has led Mentor Finance to expand the activity and open offices in the Republic of Moldova and Ukraine, providing numerous investment loans and credit lines.

The last year has led our company to achieve great success in several existing and new domains:

  • ECOVERDE project with 35 waste management facilities in several Eastern European countries will be funded through Mentor finance in the amount of over 600 Mil. €
  • An agreement was signed for an exclusive representative of the European Development and Investment Fund – allowing investment funds exclusively via Mentor Finance of
    more than 5 Billion €
  • Mentor Created several unique financial tools, specializing in financing in different domains of activity, located in Eastern European countries, allowing special financing programs for locations and businesses which were not available until now.
  • Welcoming another 14 brokers to our Mentor finance family working worldwide in collaboration with us.
  • Launching our new offices headquarters branch in Republic of MOLDOVA
  • Launching our new office in New York to serve USA investors by opening the gate to Eastern European investments options.
